In case you decide to cancel a booked tour package, cancellation fees apply as follows:
• More than 30 days before departure: 15% of total package cost.
• 15 to 30 days before departure: 50% of total package cost.
• Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.
If a tour is cancelled or truncated mid-way due to landslides, road blockages, heavy snow, or government restrictions, no refund is provided, but alternate tour layouts will be coordinated when possible.
